Admission to the school is limited to a maximum of 30 participants. The registration will close as soon as the maximum number of registrations has been reached.

Students, academics and industry personnel are encouraged to register. However, a majority of places will be reserved for students until August 16, 2021, and non-students may be placed on a waiting list. After August 16, 2021, all remaining places will be made available for non-students. All successful applications will be notified by email on September 3, 2021; details regarding registration payments will follow shortly after.

Registrants who are living & working in Latin America and who are a member of IEEE-UFFC may apply for a 50 % discount of the registration fee.  Students who apply need to provide (1) an application letter explaining why he/she wants to attend the course, (2) a signed letter of support from their academic supervisor, and (3) IEEE-UFFC membership details.

  • Registrants from Latin America may apply for a 50% discount.
  • The registration fee includes all course materials, including lab supplies.
